to prevent fretting corrosion \/ fretting corrosion and as corrosion protection.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0608b48 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0608b48\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The thin-film composites ZSV 216 and ZSV 111, with an applicable coating thickness of 200-300 \u00b5m, are suitable for the following problems:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d6233cf elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d6233cf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">1. fretting corrosion\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-19efda1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"19efda1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>This type of damage is known as &#8220;fretting corrosion&#8221; or &#8220;bleeding&#8221;. The result is a fatigue fracture. The following process takes place:  <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-764eb2e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"764eb2e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>If two metallic materials are joined together in a force-transmitting manner and they move against each other in an oscillating manner, even if only in the range of their respective elastic deformability, then the finest fatigue fractures can occur at the local force-transmission locations, leading to the breaking out of the finest material particles. The fracture surfaces are highly active at the moment of their formation and react, for example, with atmospheric oxygen (oxide formation), with nitrogen (nitride formation) or carbon (carbide formation). Since the resulting reaction products are more voluminous than the original material, they require space and lead to tensile stresses in the phase boundary between the two partners. This tension can cause fatigue fracture.   <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-73957dc\" data-id=\"73957dc\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7104876 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7104876\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. corrosion protection in a variety of critical media<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-817620c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"817620c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Corrosion is defined as &#8220;the reaction of a metallic material with its environment that can cause a measurable change in the material and lead to impairment of the function of a metallic component or an entire system.&#8221;<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-159bc54 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"159bc54\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tZSV materials are highly versatile as corrosion protection in combination with more than 100 media such as alkalis, acids, inorganic salt solutions, alcohols and organic solvents, oils and greases (See Technical Data Sheets).\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6a10193 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6a10193\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>However, with ZSV 216 as well as ZSV 111, an optimum problem solution is possible for all requirements. The coating can be applied internally or externally and up to a max. layer thickness of 1 mm and can then be machined using all common machining techniques.  <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element
